The Basics: Hood Cleaning Service
Keeping your hood and exhaust system is an important part of a safe and compliant facility. All of our technicians are licensed by IKECA allowing us to certify your kitchen exhaust system so you know you are safe and in compliance with local codes.
1: Inspection
Technicians arrive on site, equipped with all necessary tools and cleaning supplies, then perform a full inspection of your system.
2: Preparation
Necessary areas and covered with plastic and our unique water recovery systems are set up. The site is reviewed to ensure all surfaces are protected.
3: Degreasing
Our technicians carefully apply the degreaser agents to the system, paying special attention to all surfaces.
4: Wash. Rinse. Shine.
The system is now fully and thoroughly cleaned, rinsed, and shined. Throughout this process our technicians pay special attention to detail, ensuring a clean finish.
5: Documentation
Throughout the above steps we are documenting our process with before, during and after photos which are then published to our customer portal for your review.
6: Sticker
Optionally a sticker is applied to your system indicating it has been cleaned. The sticker has a QR code for easy reference by inspectors and managers.
